Clint N. Dawson, Professor, Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics, was recognized for his outstanding service to engineering students with disabilities during the 2004 -2005 academic year. The Engineering Students with Disabilities Program (ESD) recognized five Cockrell School of Engineering faculty and presented certificates for their service in May of this year.
Dr. Dawson's research focuses on numerical simulation of flow in porous media and in the development of algorithms for massively parallel computing. He has served on the Cockrell School of Engineering faculty since 1995. Dr. Dawson has published more than 50 technical reports. He is affiliated with the Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences.
