ASE Undergraduate Awarded HENAAC Scholarship

Aerospace Engineering junior Miguel Cruz has been selected to receive a scholarship from the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Corporation. This is the second year in a row he will receive this award.
The scholarship money can be used for tuition, books, or living expenses. Miguel also won a free trip to the 2008 HENAAC Conference in Houston. This year's scholarship was sponsored by Lockheed Martin.
Winners of the scholarship were required to maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and be of Hispanic descent or have exhibited leadership service on campus in the Hispanic community.
HENAAC is a nonprofit organization that promotes the achievements of Hispanics in engineering, science, technology, and math.
