Do you know a graduate of UT Austin’s ASE/EM Department who you feel deserves recognition for their distinguished career since leaving the Forty Acres? Why not nominate them for membership to the ASE/EM Academy of Distinguished Alumni?
Current members of the Academy, who work together to help support ASE/EM’s initiatives, include academic leaders and professors, entrepreneurs, consultants, corporate and military leaders, pilots, astronauts, researchers and more.
We are currently seeking nominations for the Class of 2024 and we need your help!
This year, in addition to our usual nomination call, we encourage your help with nominating prominent Women Alumni in their fields, as well as inspiring Young Alumni who have graduated from UT ASE, COE and EM programs within the last 15 years.
To nominate an outstanding graduate of our department, complete the online nomination form by Oct 20.
Please have the following items ready for the nominee before submitting your online nomination form:
- First / Last Name
- Email Address
- Business Title / Address
- UT Austin Degrees / Additional Degrees

Nomination Letter (required): The nomination letter should summarize the particular achievements, recognition, and/or contributions, which, in the opinion of the nominator, qualifies the nominee for election to the Academy of Distinguished Alumni. (1-4 pages)

Supplemental Materials (optional): Examples: A CV or resume, articles, and/or a list of significant awards and honors conveyed on the nominee, organizational memberships, offices held, honorary titles and civic activities. (1-3 pages)
