The Department of Aerospace and Engineering Mechanics has limited funding for financial support. Research Assistantships (RA) are awarded by individual faculty members while Teaching Assistantships (TA) are awarded by the Department. An offer of financial aid may be a combination RA and TA. The ASE/EM Graduate Studies Committee (GSC) nominates prospective students for University Fellowships based on the ranking of applicants.
