Susan B. Ouzts is Vice President, F-16 and F-2 Programs.  In this role, she is responsible for overall leadership and strategic direction of the F-16 and Japan F-2 product portfolio insuring successful Customer satisfaction by meeting financial and contract commitments throughout the product life cycle.  She serves as the primary Customer interface for all domestic and international programs.

Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Ouzts was Vice President, F-35 International Programs for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company.  In this capacity, she was responsible for leading the Corporation’s F-35 international Foreign Military Sale (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) programs including the management, integration, and execution of country-unique development activities, oversight of special studies, aircraft production deliveries, and international sustainment planning and execution.

She previously served as Director, F-35 Japan Programs for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company.  In that role, she was responsible for all aspects of capture, development, and execution activities associated with FMS and DCS programs.

Throughout her 30-year career, Ms. Ouzts has led several critical roles and initiatives for Lockheed Martin Corporation including:  Director, Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) International Programs for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control; Director of Evolutionary Development Programs for PAC-3; Program and Capture Manager for Sea-Based Missile Segment Enhancement (SBMSE); Senior Manager of Strategic Planning for the Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Line of Business (LOB); Program Manager of PAC-3 Low Rate Initial Production-3 (LRIP-3); Program Manager of PAC-3 Initial Production Facilitization-2 (IPF-2); Deputy Program Manager for Missile Hardware Development; Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead for Test and Evaluation; and Subcontract Technical Manager for a major program’s subsystem. She also held a variety of technical leadership positions throughout her career.  Ms. Ouzts initially joined the company as an Aerospace Engineer specializing in flight dynamics and aerodynamics.

Ms. Ouzts earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Business Administration Degree from Dallas Baptist University.  In addition, she is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College – Advanced Program Management Course in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Ms. Ouzts is a member of the Japan-America Society of Dallas Fort Worth (JASDFW) and a senior member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).
