To Whom It May Concern:
The Student Chapter of the American Institute of Aeronautics and
Astronautics (AIAA) has a proud and established history of providing
The University of Texas at Austin aerospace engineering students
with a wide array of outstanding services. Since 1941, AIAA has
provided our members with opportunities to successfully compete
in regional and national competitions, attend lectures by industry
representatives, and participate in numerous social and team building
activities. As an established professional student organization,
AIAA has consistently been an invaluable resource, guiding students
in the department and after graduation.
AIAA would like to
invite you to become an annual corporate supporter of one of the
largest student branches of AIAA in the country. As an annual
corporate supporter, you have the opportunity to talk to our students
about your company, get to know some of the most talented students
in the country, and most importantly, you help us continue creating
"stellar" aerospace engineers.
Included is a detailed list
of support opportunities. Please select any activity you would
like to support and mail the response sheet to the address above,
or email the current president. We ask
that you please respond as soon as possible so that we may plan
our calendar accordingly. We will also love to hear any suggestions
of new activities not included in the list. General donations
are also welcome. Since we are a non-profit organization, if you
decide to support us, a tax exemption form can be sent to you.
Also enclosed is a brochure and flyer to give you a closer look
at some of our member activities.
Through the generous
support of companies and alumni, such as you, AIAA can continue
to provide such outstanding services for our members. Thank you
for your time and we look forward to talking with you soon.
Sincerely,
Krystal Stewart
President
UT AIAA Student Branch
