Reservation Policies


The department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics has a telephone for conference calls. Faculty, staff and students may reserve this phone for business and class related conference calls.

Phone Availability


The conference telephone in WRW is available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made. Submit your request to reserve the phone to Johnnie Conley at j.conley@mail.utexas.edu at least two days prior.

Please provide the following information when submitting your reservation:

Meeting Purpose

If your request is approved, you must check the phone out by signing the log book at the reception desk in WRW 215 no earlier than 1 hour prior to your call.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify Johnnie Conley of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible at j.conley@mail.utexas.edu or 471-5146.

Should you not receive confirmation of your request within a reasonable time please call 471-7593.

Failure to observe protocol may hinder further reservation requests.
