Jeffrey Mikeska Memorial Scholarship

On April 16, 2009 at the age of 25, Jeffrey Andrew Mikeska passed away after a lifetime of beating the odds. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and the Aerospace Engineering Department.

Jeffrey graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in December 2008 with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and a BS in Biology. He was passionate about education and planned to attend graduate school for Aerospace Engineering in the fall.

The department has created an undergraduate scholarship in his memory. If you would like to make a contribution toward the scholarship, checks should be made payable to the University of Texas at Austin. On the memo line write “Jeffrey Mikeska Memorial Scholarship”.
