ASE/EM LRC Windows Printing Services:

The Aerospace Engineering Learning Resource Center offers both Black and White, and Color printing. For black and white printing, the LRC has a Dell W5300 in the front room and a Dell 5310N in the back room. For special projects in which color printing is required, the LRC has a HP 5550 color laserjet printer.

Setting Up Printers:

From the Start menu select Settings -> Printers

1. open Add Printer
2. in the dialogue box click Next
3. select A Network printer
4. in the dialogue box click Next
5. select Connect to this printer
6. type in the name: \\engr-print1\ASE-LRC-Laser
7. then click Next
8. when asked to set the ASE-LRC-Laser as default printer select Yes
9. then click Next

For the Color printer repeat the steps using the name \\engr-print1\ASE-LRC-Color-Laser

Do not set ASE-LRC-Color-Laser as default printer
