Print Quotas
All printers in the LRC are on a print quota system which is based on credits assigned to each LRC user. On the PC, your quota will be displayed every time that you print.

Print jobs will use a different number of credits based on the printer used.

The starting print quota should meet the needs of the majority of the LRC users.
* The color poster printer is currently not available through the print server, so please ask the proctor if interested in using it. Due to the high cost of poster printer consumables, only class related materials may be printed in poster form.
Why Print Quotas?
Unlimited printing capability has led to a large amount of abuse and waste. Print quotas help keep printing expenses under control by making each user aware of their exact printer usage.
