Please note that acceptance of your paper for the MTDM Conference does not count as registration. You will still need to register separately for the conference.

 
Submission Schedule

Abstracts

All abstracts must be 250 words or less, and text only (no figures or special characters).

Note that we have changed submission systems, but that if you submitted your abstract using the earlier system (the on-line Editorial Manager system), you DO NOT need to resubmit via the new system (the web-form on this website).

Short Papers

If your abstract is accepted, you will then be asked to submit a short paper by the deadline above. The short paper must be three pages or less (including all figures, tables, and references) and may include figures and special characters. It must be submitted in PDF format, and can be emailed directly to our Submissions Coordinator, Kate Joly. Be sure to include your paper ID # with your submission.

Presentation

The presentation at the confrence should be 20 minutes long, including questions. There will be no poster sessions, only oral presentations. More details about presentations, such as equipment availability, will be posted later.

Proceedings

There will be no formal proceedings for the conference published, although a CD-ROM containing all the short papers will be included in the conference packet. For this reason, full length papers are not being required.

MTDM Journal Special Issue

The MTDM journal will be publishing at least one special issue dedicated to papers associated with this conference. The journal is not accepting submissions for this special issue yet, but if you are interested please email Kate Joly and let her know, to assist us in our planning. Submitting to the journal is completely optional, and more details will be posted later.
