McMat 2007 Shuttle Information

There will be shuttles provided to transport participants from most of the conference hotels to the conference, and back again.

Most conference hotels will be included in this service: Doubletree Suites, Doubletree Club, Embassy Suites, Hilton, Hyatt, Radisson and Sheraton. The two hotels that will NOT have shuttle service are the Days Inn, and the Rodeway Inn. These hotels are within walking distance of the conference.

The hotels will have signs to direct you to the McMat shuttles, and you will find a copy of this schedule in your registration packet and at the hotels.

There is no conference shuttle service from or to the airport. See here for your options for airport transportation. Your hotel will probably have some useful information as well, if you call them directly.

Morning	Pick-up at hotel 7:45 am and 8:45 am
Afternoon	Pick-up after Reception. Return to hotel.

Tuesday

Morning

Pick-up at hotel 7:45 am and 8:45 am

Afternoon-Evening

Pick-up after Technical Sessions at 5:30 pm at Thompson Conference Center.
Return to hotel.

Pick up at hotel at 6:30 pm for Banquet.

Pick up after Banquet.
Return to hotel.

Wednesday
Morning	Pick-up at hotel 7:45 am and 8:45 am
Afternoon	Pick-up after Technical Sessions at 5:30 pm at Thompson Conference Center. Return to hotel.

Thursday
Morning	Pick-up at hotel 7:45 am
Afternoon	Pick-up Noon – 5:00 pm at Thompson Conference Center Return to hotel.
