PLEASE NOTE: An inaccurate price for regular (non-student, non-early) registration was stated in some places. The price for regular registration is $550, NOT $500. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID, do not worry about your registration, it is complete as it stands.

Note: Student registration does not include a Banquet ticket. If a student participant wishes to attend you will need to purchase a Banquet ticket separately (see Student/Guest ticket above).

REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR:

You are welcome to register when you arrive, but we highly recommend you pre-register to let us know you are coming, even if you are not paying until you arrive. That way we can have a registration packet waiting for you. Just fill out the form below for check or money order, state at the bottom that you are planning on paying at the door, and send it to Kate Joly, either via email* or at the address given at the bottom of the form.

Payment for registration at the door will be accepted in the form of cash, checks, or credit cards. No traveller's checks will be accepted.

Registration is not complete until payment is confirmed.

Please note that authors of papers withdrawn on or before April 15, 2007 will receive a full refund of their registration fee. After this date no refunds will be given.
Invitation Letters: If you need an invitation letter for funding or visa purposes, please email Kate Joly with your name and complete address. A letter will be created and mailed to you, and a scanned version will be sent via email.
